Out of interest here is the recipe for ‘The Sidecar’, made by the Bar Squire himself. Its simple but sweet.
Fine Brandy or Cognac: 45 mls
Cointreau: 15 mls
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice: 30 mls
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with crushed/cracked ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
